With Quizzify you can create custom audience groups of such visitors inside Facebook and Google and re-target them with personalized offers.

All you need to do is login and click on edit project

Now just go to Tracking tab and paste your FB pixel code or Google Tag Manager Container ID and that's it.

Now go to Facebook Ad account and create custom audience with Project URL.
